Information we collect
We collect information you give us when you place an order, create an account, or contact support:
- Name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number
- Order details, including items, size, color, and the design you purchased
- Messages you send to [email protected]
- Payment confirmation details from our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our server
We also collect information automatically when you browse the site:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed
- Cookie and similar identifiers used for cart, checkout, analytics, and advertising
- Referring URL and approximate location derived from your IP address
How we use information
We use this information to take and fulfill orders, print and ship products, send order and tracking emails, provide customer support, prevent fraud, process refunds, and measure and improve the site. If you join a mailing list, we use your email to send the messages you signed up for. You can unsubscribe in any email.

How long we keep information
We keep order and tax records for as long as accounting and legal rules require, usually several years. Support emails are kept long enough to resolve the request and handle any follow-up. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics tool we use.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for orders, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
