SoundoraMerch.com is owned and operated by Ecomcht LLC, a company based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Orders are placed on this website, produced by our print partners after you check out, and shipped to addresses in the United States.

Each item is made for the order you place. That is why a shirt is not pulled from a shelf the same day: production usually takes a few business days before the carrier picks it up. Current production and delivery times are listed on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.

We only publish designs we created or have the right to sell. If something arrives with a print or manufacturing defect, contact us and we will make it right under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
