Our rights

The site design, text, product photographs, mockups, and original graphics are owned by Ecomcht LLC or used under a license we hold. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell these materials without our written permission. Buying a shirt does not transfer ownership of the design. You receive the physical item only.

Third-party rights

Names, trademarks, lyrics, album art, logos, and photographs that belong to other people remain their property. Unless a product page expressly states that an item is official or licensed by a named rights holder, our products are original designs. They are not official artist, band, label, festival, or venue merchandise, and we are not affiliated with those rights holders.

We do not sell counterfeit goods. We do not place another company’s trademark on a product and present that product as theirs.

How to report a concern

If you believe a listing infringes a copyright, send a DMCA notice as described in our DMCA Policy. A copyright notice should include the product URL, the work you own, your contact details, and the statements the DMCA requires.

If you believe a listing infringes a trademark, implies a false affiliation, or is counterfeit, email [email protected] with the subject line “IP notice.” Include the product URL, the mark or right you own, proof that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner, and the change you want. We review complete notices and remove listings that violate our policy or the law.

Counterfeit reports

We treat a credible counterfeit report as a reason to remove the listing while we review it. Google Merchant Center also removes product data that infringes intellectual property. Removing a listing here does not by itself resolve a complaint filed directly with Google.
