These terms govern your use of https://soundoramerch.com and any purchase you make there. The site is operated by Ecomcht LLC (“SoundoraMerch,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Orders
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items in your cart at the price shown at checkout. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, the item is unavailable, the order looks fraudulent, or we cannot produce or ship it to your address. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount you paid.
Items are printed after the order is placed by our production partners, then shipped to the address you enter at checkout. They are not stocked at, and are not shipped from, our Rio Rancho mailing address.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout, plus the shipping fee shown there. United States shipping is $6.99. Shipping to other countries we serve is $12.99. Applicable taxes are charged at checkout when we are required to collect them. Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
Shipping
Processing takes 3 to 7 business days. Transit after the carrier receives the package is 7 to 10 business days in the United States and 10 to 14 business days to other destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for a complete, deliverable shipping address.
Returns and refunds
For orders delivered in the United States, we accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery, whether or not the item is defective. We do not offer exchanges. Return shipping is free through the label we provide. There is no restocking fee. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after we receive the return. Designs and intellectual property
Site content, product images, and designs are owned by Ecomcht LLC or used with permission. You may not copy designs, images, or page content for resale. We only list designs we created or have the right to sell. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright or trademark, email [email protected] with the listing URL, the work you own, and your contact details.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to break checkout, submit false order information, or use the site for fraud. We may suspend an account or cancel orders that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
Product colors can vary slightly from the photos because of screens and the printing process. Except where the law does not allow a limit, the site and products are provided as available, and our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Courts in Sandoval County, New Mexico, are the venue for disputes, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
