What our products are

Our T-shirts and other apparel are original designs created by SoundoraMerch or produced for us under a license we hold. Each item is printed to order by our production partners after you place the order. Product photos are mockups of the design you will receive.

Unless a product page expressly says that an item is official or licensed by a named rights holder, it is not official artist, band, label, festival, or venue merchandise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any recording artist, band, record label, or music publisher.

Rights we rely on

We list a design only if we created it or have a written right to reproduce it on the products we sell. We do not use band names, artist names, album artwork, lyrics, logos, or photographs as the design unless we have permission from the owner.

Song titles, artist names, and similar words that appear in a product description are used only to describe the subject of an original design. A description is not a claim that the product is official merchandise.

Trademarks

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Use of a name in a descriptive way, where it appears at all, is not a claim of ownership or of an official license. If you are a rights holder and believe a listing implies an affiliation we do not have, or uses your work without permission, email [email protected] or follow our DMCA Policy.

No counterfeit goods

We do not sell counterfeit or replica branded goods. We do not apply another company’s logo or trademark to a product and present it as that company’s product.
